Peanut and jaggery Fudge is one of the delicious and healthy snack item for your children for break time in school.
Ingredients:
Shelled Peanut halves 1 Tropical Twin
Jaggery 1 1/2 Tropical Twin
Peanut oil 1 teaspoon
Ginger powder(optional) 1 teaspoon
Wax paper or foil, very lightly greased.
Method:
Lightly roast the peanuts in Ultimo Fry Pan. Crush the peanuts into big chunks remember not as powder. Now heat the jaggery and oil form Tupperware magic flow together in a very low flame.
Stir it well till it color changes to golden brown. Check the syrup is prepared or not, by placing a drop of the melted syrup in a bowl of cold water and if it is solidified then the syrup is ready.
Add peanut and ginger powder and mix well so that the peanut spread completely in jaggery syrup.
Off the flame and place the mixture on the wax paper or foil, flattened the mixture on foil with a uniform thickness.
After few minutes the mixture gets cooled and turns into solid. Now break it into pieces and store in Tupperware Kitchen Needs Product Store All Canister.
